Next basic badminton course will be held on Sunday 15.9.24 from 11.00-14.00.
3 hour intensive course that includes basic concepts of badminton such as rules, basic technique and movement.
Basic course suits well for beginners.
Parent required to participate for children under the age of 15.
Price 60 €/participant. Course fee needs to be paid at least one week before the course date.
Equipment (racket, shoes and shuttlecocks) included to the course fee.

Participants have the opportunity to request content for the course.

Full life cycle for the lamps is about 500-600 hours.
We will repair your racket for you!
We can restring your racket and do other small repairs.
The total price depends on string and the amount of replaced grommets (repair price includes 10 grommets).

Ruoholahden Palloiluhalli offers two saunas and a lounge that includes a terrace, all of which are located on the 3rd floor of the sports center. The saunas are bookable all year round!
We sell snacks (chips and dips, nuts, popcorn, crackers etc.), and you may bring your own food if desired.
The lounge and the sauna department have full tavern licenses.
Bringing your own drinks is prohibited.
