Ruoholahden Palloiluhalli offers two saunas and a lounge that includes a terrace, all of which are located on the 3rd floor of the sports center. The saunas are bookable all year round!

We sell snacks (chips and dips, nuts, popcorn, crackers etc.), and you may bring your own food if desired.

The lounge and the sauna department have full tavern licenses. 

Bringing your own drinks is prohibited.

Booking terms

  • During summer, the minimum booking on weekends is both saunas for two (2) hours.
  • The lounge area, which can fit up to 25 people, can always be used free-of-charge.
  • If you rent both saunas, you will always get the whole lounge area for your private use.
  • The lounge are has a mini kitchen, microwave oven, a Sony 54″ Full HD television with a home theatre system (DVD), and a PlayStation console with some games. You are free to bring your own games if you wish.
  • The terrace has an electric grill that customers may use free-of-charge.
  • Bringing your own drinks is prohibited.
